All HOW TO RETURNS

Attach your Knotbot by lacing your through the bottom channel of the Knotbot. This should be done where the laces cross between the second or third eyelet from the bottom of the shoe. Please see the video here for more detailed instructions:

Twist open the disc. Pushing with thumb works best. Hook one loop of know around "wing" of Knotbot and pull towards you. The loop should slide into the channel under "wing". Repeat for other loop. Twist disc closed to lock. Please see the video here for more detailed instructions:
